Michel is an integrative wellness practitioner and certified health coach focused on helping clients restore clarity, balance and optimal function through structured, personalized strategies. Her work is guided by a systems based approach that evaluates patterns across nutrition, lifestyle, physiology, and the body’s energetic systems. Rather than relying on generic protocols, Michel emphasizes careful evaluation and methodical problem solving to help identify underlying contributors to imbalance and support sustainable progress over time.

Michel holds dual certifications in Exponential Health Coaching and Vocal BioResonance Health Coaching, integrating biofeedback-informed frequency work with practical wellness strategies designed to support the body’s natural regulatory systems. She is currently completing her studies at Quantum University as part of a long-term path towards advanced Doctoral training in Natural Medicine. She is also eligible for board certification through the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board, with certification currently pending.
